N + của + N · N + này / đó / kia
Của shows possession: sách của tôi = my book. Demonstratives come after the noun: cái này (this one), cái đó (that one), cái kia (that one over there). Đây and đó stand alone: Đây là nhà tôi.
เคล็ดลับ: With family and close things, của is often dropped: mẹ tôi = my mother.
